If you have never traveled to Charlottesville, VA, stop what you are doing right now and get to planning. We spent the weekend with 7 friends touring the beautiful vineyards along the Monticello wine trail. Throughout the stages of planning our weekend getaway, I had been dreaming of pulling out all of my favorite Fall clothes. I was so excited to wear my favorite OTK boots with a cute dress and cozy scarf. Your plans suddenly come to a screeching halt when you check the forecast a few days before and there is a 90% chance of rain each day. With the looming gloomy weather, I knew I had to get a little creative and come to terms with the rain and my outfit. My favorite Hunter Rain boots actually made the perfect addition to my "winery touring" ensemble and went perfect with my tartan scarf. I looked cute, and was protected from the rain, win-win!
