MOM'S FAMOUS PUMPKIN BREAD

Happy almost Thanksgiving, friends! One of my favorite holiday traditions happens around Thanksgiving. My mom, sister and I always spend a few hours in the kitchen making my moms famous pumpkin bread. Luckily for y'all, she is letting me share the recipe. My whole family can attest to the fact that this is the best pumpkin bread in the whole world. You will be the star of your Thanksgiving feast if you show up with a loaf or two, trust me.

MOM"S FAMOUS PUMPKIN BREAD:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp baking soda

1. Mix all dry Ingredients Together. Make a hole in the center and add 1 cup wesson oil, 4 eggs, 2/3 cup water and a small can of pumpkin (16 oz.).

2. Mix all together with a mixer.

3. grease and flour three bread pans. Distribute evenly between the pans and bake at 350 degrees for an hour or longer.
