SUMMER READY WITH NATURAL ESTHETICS
This weekend was a good one for me. I spent Friday night at the movies with my hubby, did some shopping on Saturday and even had my very first facial! After all, a girl has got to prep for her dream vacation to Greece, did I mention I leave on THURSDAY!
I knew I wanted to have some serious pampering done in preparation for my big trip and I knew that Natural Esthetics would be the perfect place to go. I loved having my facial done by someone who gave me so much insight into an area that I know little about. Not only was the facial the most relaxing thing I have ever done, but I learned a lot about my skin type during those 50 minutes. I had originally thought that I had very dry acne prone skin and we had decided to go a specific route with my facial. It wasn't until Amanda placed a hot towel on my face that we discovered I actually do have dry skin, but it is also very reactive. We ended up going with the Natural moisture facial and I can honestly say that my skin has never felt so soft. Over the next few months, Amanda and I will be working together to create a regimen that is tailored specifically to me, so that I can share my experience with you guys.
After my facial, I had my eyelashes tinted! This is a great service that allows you to have dark lashes without mascara, perfect for summer with all of the heat and swimming. It was super comfortable to have the dye applied for those of you that were wondering. I also had my brows done which were in desperate need of a clean-up. Kenzie, Natural Esthetics' resident brow guru gave me some seriously amazing brows. I have lived in the area for three years and have yet to find a great brow girl until now!
Finally, I finished off the day with a spray tan! I know a lot of people are hesitant when it comes to spray tans because they fear they will look orange or streaky. At Natural Esthetics, they use an organic formula that gives you instant color and it looks amazing. I love how natural mine looks and can't wait to show it off in Greece!
