Two trends that have been huge this Summer are "cold shoulder" and "off-the-shoulder" blouses. I jump at any chance to wear either one of these styles, so when I found this turquoise beauty at Anthropologie, I knew it had to be mine. The color is equally as gorgeous as the delicate fabric. I paired mine with this fun pink bag from Tignanello and loved the combination.
