If you read yesterday's post of my review of the Belmond Charleston Place, then you know that I spent the weekend in magical Charleston, SC. Charleston is just five hours from Chapel Hill and is the perfect weekend destination. There's just something so charming about Charleston that makes it one of my favorite places I have ever been. Everything from the pastel colored buildings to the delicious food and the smiles that are plastered across everyone's face that you meet makes Charleston special.

For our first morning, we hit the ground running for a little morning exploring. There's just something so fun about getting lost in the streets among rows of beautiful homes. The temperature in Charleston was unbearably hot, so I made sure to throw on my coolest dress. I love that this Anthropologie dress allowed me to look put together, yet comfortable. I threw on this wide brim hat to protect my face from the shade and enjoyed the day.
